OMS Facilities Maintenance is a large Australian ‘preferred supplier’ for facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning services. Wanting to expand, business owner Damien Owens saw an opportunity to leverage the systems and training the company had in place, to offer simple and affordable territory-based franchises.
The business brand and story was too fragmented to attract attention in an already busy market sector.
To reflect the nature of the business, Brilliant Branding recommended changing the business name from Owens Management Services to OMS Facilities Maintenance. With the new name adopted, a fresh logo, brand identity, and robust brand story completed the package.
To market the new OMS to prospective franchisees, the focus was on why OMS would be a great fit, clearly communicating the financial benefits and lifestyle advantages of owning this type of franchise.
Marketing included videography, exhibition presentation, and print collateral. Brilliant Branding worked to a tight deadline to start advertising at the 2021 Sydney Franchising Expo and subsequent Australian Franchising Expos to date.
